Erica J Bonham

Erica Bonham is the owner and senior therapist and supervisor at AVOS. She is a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), EMDR consultant and trainer, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist. She specializes in attachment and somatic-focused EMDR, recovery from abuse, spiritual and ancestral trauma and trauma related to oppression. Erica is a queer-identified therapist and wisdom coach who focuses on embodiment and empowerment.

Kelly Farah

Kelly Farah is an LPCC  (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) and specializes in EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy.  Kelly is a fierce advocate and ally for the LGBTQ+ community as well as other marginalized communities. She is passionate about helping clients recovery from trauma, anxiety, depression, and uses the “health at every size” approach to help clients navigate complex relationships with our bodies and food.

Sarah Kelly

Sarah Kelly is a clinical practicum student at Adams State.  Although she is at the beginning of her official therapeutic career, Sarah comes with a breadth of life experience and is already trained in EMDR therapy, family constellations, and ADHD therapy. She is passionate about guiding folks through trauma and anxiety recovery,  working with adults and older adolescents with ADHD and folks who have discovered family secrets later in life, especially surprising biological results.
